Hanging internal and external doors
MH Carpentry believe we are very competitive on our prices for supplying and fitting doors. We are also happy to fit doors the customer supplies although we do not recommend cheap DIY doors as they tend to be substandard and bend, warp or in some cases the veneer strips when being painted. We can also fit new doorframes including internal and external frames, high security doors and fire doors to offices and warehouses. MH Carpentry can also supply all ironmongery and locks for the doors, just ask to view our supplier's catalogues.
Skirting and architrave
We offer a wide range of skirting mouldings and sizes with a fitting service second to none. We pride ourselves on our efficient and tidy workmanship, aiming to cause as little disruption as possible within the minimal work period. We also offer a choice of softwood, hardwoods, MDF and uPVC all of which are neatly fitted. MH Carpentry can also decorate the architrave and skirting if you wish at an extra charge.
Studwork
A permanent wall can be constructed using wood, which will enable you to divide a large room into two smaller ones. You can have that study room of your own without carrying out major renovations.
Shelving
Why is it there is never quite the right shelving unit you need for your room? MH Carpentry can construct a purpose built shelving unit, or utilise that space in the alcove with shelving and a cupboard.
Loft Conversions
One of MH Carpentry's specialities. We tend to do a lot of loft conversions as it is a relatively cheap way of gaining extra room space in your home.
